About
I'm a UK based wildlife photographer passionate about the natural world. I hope my images inspire people to protect the wonderful environment around us.
I have a particular love of foxes and feel very privileged to care for three. Rosie, Hetty and Charlie. Together with our little terrier Maddy they have appeared in the national press and in features and stories around the world. Hopefully changing peoples opinions on foxes, to an animal they wish to protect. The picture opposite is of Hetty on my back when she was a youngster.
My images are represented by RSPB images, Cover images and Rex features.
I use Nikon camera gear, the D800 and D500 camera bodies and lenses ranging from 15mm to Nikons well known 200-400f4 VR.
My favourite method of photography is camera trapping, using a PIR trigger to fire my camera. This allows the use of wide angle lenses to photograph shy animals.
I hope you enjoy looking through the images and reading the blog. I am also active on social media, namely Facebook and twitter.
